Due to the nature of our business and products, all items are custom-made to order. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as "change of mind" or "incorrect order placed by the customer".
✅ Return/Exchange Eligibility
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following condition:
Product is defective or damaged upon arrival
To be eligible, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your item. We may request photos or videos to verify the issue before proceeding.

🔁 Exchange or Refund Process
Contact us within 15 days of delivery with proof of quality issue.
We will evaluate your request and confirm if return/exchange is applicable.
Once approved, send the product back to the address above.
Upon receipt and inspection, we’ll either:
Send you a replacement free of charge, or
Issue a full refund (excluding original shipping, if applicable)
